Site ERROR - "HasSubTopics" - How to get rid of this error.
If you see this error on your website, this how-to will walk you through the steps to get it off for good.
IMPORTANT - YOU MUST BE LOGGED IN AS A 'MANAGER' LEVEL ACCOUNT TO MAKE THESE CHANGES. This procedure will take you into the Zope Management Interface (ZMI) so please follow these steps carefully.
- Log into your site as a manager.
- Click "Site Setup" in the upper right corner of your site.
- Click "Zope Management Interface".
- Scroll down and click "portal_skins"
- Click "plinkit_custom"
- Find the entry for "atct_topic_view". In most cases this is the very first entry in this folder.
- Place a check in the checkbox to the left of "atct_topix_view".
- With the checkbox checked, scroll to the bottom and click the "Delete" button. (It's okay to delete this file, it won't harm your site).
- You are done! Close your browser window and go back to your website. You may have to refresh the page a few times to get the error to go away.
